Harp Lessons

TUITION INFORMATION AND POLICIES

You are invited to a complimentary harp lesson and consultation to answer all of your questions.  In this hands-on group class, YOU will learn the basics of how to play the harp, the different types of harps and you will be playing simple tunes by the end of the class!

Allow me to open the gates of knowledge and opportunities available to you as my student! Learn at your own pace…you can choose how much you do. You will have the opportunity to participate in private lessons, small group classes, music workshops, concerts, recitals, chamber music and harp festivals!

Upcoming Harp Lesson Class Dates

Classes are the third Saturday of each month and they are from 10:30 to 11:15am.

Your lesson attendance is very important. Lessons help to keep you motivated and learning! You are expected at your lesson unless you give me advance notice that you will not be able to make it. Come to your lesson even if you haven’t been able to practice. We will practice together!

Tuition is to be paid regardless of attendance. I offer make-up classes for missed lessons when I am given at least 48 hours notice. All make-up lessons must take place within 30 days of the missed lesson or your make-up lesson will be forfeited. I understand life happens and you may have a last-minute illness or emergency. Because of that, all students may have up to two make-up lessons per calendar year, for this type of situation.

Your lesson time is arranged when you begin lessons. Enrollment is ongoing. Lessons are offered throughout the year. You may pay with cash, checks and most major credit cards. Payment is due at the first lesson of the month. You can arrange to have an automatic charge your credit card each month for your monthly tuition.

In the case of sudden illness, on the part of the student, a make-up lesson will be provided.  If I miss a lesson, I will provide a substitute teacher, a make up lesson or a credit for the next month. I will make every reasonable attempt to notify my students of my absence.

Vision

Music has magical qualities that bring people together. Together we can build community by sharing the joy of making music on the harp.
